Imagine Cruising around the world
Cruising is fast becoming a contemporary traveller’s favourite way to see the world from the laps of luxury and splendour. A far cry from the backpacking of old around the South Americas, stuffed in the back of an aeroplane for 14 hours as you then cover the ground from the local airport. Now imagine booking one of these last minute cruises and arriving on a cruise ship, not only do you get to choose which part of the globe you would like to discover, you get to arrive just like our for fathers once did.

Imagine turning up to that quite beach in Costa Rica’s Playa Flamingo upon the decks of a luxury cruise liner, imagine cruising around the Mediterranean in the comfort of 5 star service and surroundings, dance floors with crystal chandeliers hanging above, pianos playing and champagne corks popping as you dine on 4 course meals every night. Imagine cruising the deep blue sea, covering the Caribbean and the islands dotted around the Caribbean Ocean, imagine a cruise and stay deal where you get to stay overnight at various locations and soak up the local communities, cities and night life, depart and witness the ever changing surroundings as you pass gently into the night set for your next destination aboard your luxury floating palace.

Cruising has recently become more affordable and after the past volcano eruptions of 2010 and recent potential in 2011 of more ash cloud mysteries, cruising has now been highlighted as an alternative to the hussle and bussle of flying to your holiday destination, and potentially seen as something different to be tried in a holiday experience. After all, cruising is so simple; you arrive at your port on the morning of boarding with the cruise ship ready to set sail, you meet the crew mates and climb aboard. Waving to the general public (much like seen on the beginning of the movie titanic) then walking to your cabin to find your bags have been collected and taken to your new home for the next two weeks. Settle in and unpack you bags as you witness the ships pulling out of the harbour, picture the world pass you by through the looking glass that is your port hole and relax, you’re now cruising.
